Payment Terms
- Phase 1: Immediately after the contract is signed, customers pay THCmedia Company 50% of the total cost of the contract (and the cost of buying services from 3rd parties such as Domain Name and Hosting, if any). ).
- Phase 2: Pay 50% of the remaining cost after we hand over and take over the service for you.

Money transfer/transfer steps
- Step 1: The customer after confirming the contract information as well as the cost after having agreed to use the service at our company. The Sales Department will confirm the order and send a payment request to the customer to collect the fee before the service is initiated and implemented.
- Step 2: Transfer money according to account information, send money according to address information. After confirming the order and the amount to be paid, the Customer pays according to the information we have provided above.
- Step 3: Customer notifies THCmedia (Telephone, Email, SMS, …) when you have made a transfer or cash deposit. Or contact directly the Sales department that has worked with you during office hours.
- Step 4: Immediately after receiving the fee that the customer has paid, we have the responsibility to notify the customer and initiate the service for you.
THCmedia will not be responsible for any errors in the transfer process or transfer of incorrect information. You must work directly with the bank to resolve the above error.
